Martha “Marty” Lostrom joined Capitol Strategies in January of 2023. Ms. Lostrom brings over 35 years of relationship and operational experience for both our clients and the Capitol Strategies team. Marty’s career highlights include association management in Washington DC and Annapolis, an Annapolis small business owner for over 12 years. Most recently, Ms. Lostrom served as Campaign Manager for a US Congressional campaign in Maryland’s 1st District and as a political fundraising operative.
Ms. Lostrom is a graduate of the University of Miami (FL), a Chicago native, and a current Eastern Shore resident and serves as the Board of Director of Queen Anne’s County Democratic Club.
