Todd Lamb

Todd D. Lamb is in charge of the Capitol Strategies education practice and focuses on Republican outreach at the federal, state and county levels. Mr. Lamb spent the last 10 years working with State education agencies across the country and has lobbied and campaigned on a variety of issues including State procurement, gaming and public safety issues.

Previously, from 2001 to 2004, Mr. Lamb served as Special Assistant to President Bush at the U.S. Department of Education. He also served as the Department's White House liaison for history and special civics initiatives, including the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation. Additionally, Mr. Lamb was in charge of the Department's charter school outreach and managed the 2002 National Charter School Conference.

In 2010, Mr. Lamb managed the successful $6 million Jobs & Revenue for Anne Arundel County Campaign in Maryland enabling the licensing and construction of the Arundel Mills Casino (Maryland Live) to support education funding in the State.
